PEMF

The benefits to cellular massage treatments vary and are beneficial for many chronic conditions including low back pain, arthritis and bursitis. PEMF Tensegrity stands for (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Relax, renew and improve your health state with PEMF Tensegrity. PEMF Tensegrity rebuilds your old cells and releases dead tissue, heavy metals and chemical in your body to be released. The therapy will help heal your body while you are comfortable and relaxed. Tensegrity is also known as MG 33 (Magna Charge) or (PEMF). The therapy delivers a radiation free, non-thermal magnetic pulse into the cells, the stimulating healing allowing repair if damaged diseased tissue. Through the natural process of aging, cells lose their ability to maintain full charge, resulting in declining health. With PEMF Tensegrity your health will be restored to its highest state.

PEMF - The Fifth Element - Most people know we need food (earth), water, and oxygen to survive. Many people know they need full spectrum sunlight (fire).

Most people don't know there is a fifth element also vital and necessary for human life. That element is PEMF!!!!

PEMF - Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields, is the fifth element needed for human health and well being. Just as all the elements come from the Aether / Ether, so does all matter arise out of pulsed electromagnetic energy PEMF.
In Yuri Gagarin's historic flight into space, he returned in near critical condition after only one hour and forty-eight minutes in space. Clearly there was some vital element missing in space that we receive on earth. Yuri had plenty of food, he had water, and also oxygen. So what was missing? You may say gravity and you would be correct, but we can survive in near weightless environments here on earth (in water for example). The critical missing element is PEMF. Since that first flight, pulsed magnetic devices have been used in every space suit and space station with the notable inclusion of the MIR space station.
Further studies have been done on earth (zero field studies) with both laboratory animals and human subjects. These studies concluded that just in a matter of hours of NO exposure to healthy PEMFs, cell metabolism begins to break down causing bone loss, muscle weakness, depressed metabolism, disorientation and depression.
Research has conclusively proven the fifth element, PEMF, is a necessary and required element of health - just as is food, water, and oxygen and to some extent - sunlight.
PEMFs are like a spark plug or catalyst for energy production in the cell. Just like a car needs oxygen, fuel and an ignition (spark plug), so does the human cell need fuel (glucose), oxygen and a "spark plug" or ignition. This ignition is PEMF or pulsed magnetic energy from both the earth and movement / exercise on the earth.
We can also think of PEMF as a battery recharger for the human cell. We now know the voltage of a healthy cell is about 70-110 millivolts and when we get sick that voltage drops below 50 millivolts or less and cancer cells are 30 millivolts or less. Pulsed electromagnetic fields act like a catalyst and battery recharger for the human cells and these PEMFs are critical for human metabolism.
PEMFs also improve microcirculation, oxygenation (up to a 200% increase), help in nerve regeneration, pain management and many other health promoting benefits. There are over 1000 clinical studies and over 7000 research papers validating the therapeutic benefits of PEMFs.

BrainTap AccousticVibe Chair

THE EXPERIENCE

After lying on the ReVibe chair™ for just 10-20 minutes, users emerge feeling rejuvenated as if they had slept for several hours. They report feeling more alert, level-headed, and ready to face the balance of the day with creativity, purpose, and passion.
MUSIC FREQUENCIES

Music selections transmitted through headphones use specific frequencies known as Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones that sync with brain patterns (waves) through the "frequency following response" thus guiding the busy brain to a
calmer state.

CELLULAR VIBRATION AND BRAIN ENTRAINMENT

Specialized vibration generators which are attached to specific plate broadcasters within the chair receive the same signals as the headphones and convert them into kinetic energy so the cells of the body vibrate in sync with acoustic patterns derived from the musical or voice signal, a process we call Thetacoustics™.

SYNCHRONISTIC EFFECT ON BODY AND MIND

The vibrational accompaniment provided
by the chair creates a complete synchronistic effect between mind and body. Particularly, when used with guided visualizations/meditations, the voice is felt as a light vibration on the skin, which then relays the voice signal to the brain where it is processed by the RAS (Reticular Activating System).
Because it is felt as a subtle vibration it then gets stored into the Subconscious. When coupled with the light and sound headset it adds yet another layer of relaxation as the same neurological beat patterns one hears and feels are encoded to the blinking lights.
This adds an important element since the optic cortex takes up more area within the brain then all other four senses put together.
Cold Laser Therapy
I use a class 3B cold laser called the AVANT LZ30 Revi. I am getting great results with this laser and it has far exceeded my expectations as a therapy. I have seen it give great results with parkinson shaking, scar healing, diabetic scar healing, muscular pain, joint pains, disk problems, muscular activation problems, edema (swelling in ankles and knees), bruises that haven't gone away in months, and carpel tunnel just to name a few things I have seen in the past month. It has programmable red laser outputs like an erchnoia laser to help with countless conditions especially nerve related problems. The REVI is equipped 1000 mw of red laser and 300mw of VIOLET laser. This is one of the best lasers I could find to combat multiple conditions and I am one of the first doctors in the DFW area to have this laser.
Cold lasers are healing lasers. These lasers are designed to actually encourage your cells to function the way they were normally created to function by returning them back to what we call “homeostasis” or “normal”. The laser goes deep into the cell and stimulates the mitochondria to create more activity in the cells encouraging healing to the area.
The lasers really work off of frequencies. Frequencies are like very small vibrations, some so small (like with the laser) that you can’t even feel or see them. Set to specific frequencies to correspond with different tissues in the human body (organs, skin, cartilage, etc) the laser frequencies penetrate through the tissue and work on a cellular level to help that particular cell do its job better.

much much more
We’ve seen dramatic results with extremity injuries (shoulders, knees, etc), post surgical healing (abdominal surgeries, c-sections, knee replacements, shoulder repair, brain surgery..) and pain reduction that is due to inflammation like neck spasms or hot low backs. The violet laser is very good for toe nail fungus, acne, infections and bring out old things to the surface to be cleared by the red laser.
We incorporate the laser with almost every single treatment we do in our office because it speeds up the healing process so much.
The great thing about the laser is that you don’t feel a thing while it is working on you so anyone can use it! If you feel like you or someone you love would benefit from the laser contact me.

We use both Red Laser 635nw and Violet laser 405nw to treat conditions.

NeuroChek HRV Scan
Regularly assessing our clients’ HRV values helps our office in three main ways:
1. To promote accountability for the client to be a part of the recovery process
2. To gain an objective understanding of the lifestyle factors affecting the client’s
condition the other 99% of the time that they are not with us
3. To ensure that intervention is having a positive impact on overall health via an
increase in HRV values.

What HRV Can and Can’t Tell You
As an assessment tool, the BrainTap HRV can determine if there are any “red
flags” that need to be addressed such as:
o High Stress Index
o Autonomic Nervous System in “Flight or Fight” Mode
o Autonomic Nervous System Exhausted – Back-up System Running
o Low to No Energy – Potential Adrenal Exhaustion
o Brain – Over Fatigued and Stressed
o Lack of Deep, Restful and Uninterrupted Sleep
o Prematurely Aging

The scan can be used to gain a deeper understanding as to what is limiting
someone’s potential or to help isolate what seems to be keeping an individual
from making progress. This can be the middle-aged woman who has done
everything to lose weight but:
o High Stress Index = High Insulin Levels which = Lock out of Stored Fat
o Low Energy Resources + Energy Imbalance = Fat Storage Mode
Heart Rate Variability is a measure of Autonomic Nervous System balance and
strength and consequently your systemic health and resilience. Despite the
powerful and individualized information that the scan can provide about the
body’s health, it does not give you specific information as to exactly what to focus
on.

For example, a low baseline HRV value could be due to:
o External Stress – Work, Relationship, Children,
o Pain and Inflammation
o Lack of Sleep
o Medical Issue - Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Depression, ect…
Which is it? In each case, Heart Rate Variability will likely give a strong indication that something is wrong, but it will not identify the culprit for you. To effectively determine what is producing the abnormal HRV values, we must add meaningfulcontext. We must take into account the full picture of an individual’s situation as we discuss below in the “how” section.
How to Assess With the BrainTap HRV

Background
Before collecting any objective data and starting an assessment, you need to
establish subjective and qualitative markers to add context to any quantitative
data. The combination of qualitative and quantitative data helps establish a much more meaningful baseline, and helps with tracking progress and defining the end goal.
Some examples of contextual data gathered prior to treatment would include:
o Wellness Questionnaires
o Family History
o Lifestyle Habits and Patterns
o Subjective Perception of the Condition
o End Goal
Get a Baseline

ï‚· Just like many assessment tools, it is important to establish true baseline values prior to a treatment. This gives you hard data to compare progress throughout the treatment plan and prevents you from blindly guessing the level of progress attained.
ï‚· Ideally, you would like to get a scan on the first visit before they receive any
treatment.
ï‚· Things to do before the HRV Scan:
o Drink plenty of water – stay hydrated
o Get a good night’s sleep
o If you drink coffee – don’t avoid it – we want a true baseline
ï‚· Things to avoid before the scan:
o Do not exercise 4 hours before the scan.
o Do not eat a meal 2 hours before the scan.

ï‚· This is also the ideal time to refine which contextual information will be the most helpful for tracking progress. Useful metrics that add context to Heart Rate
Variability values include:
o Perceived energy levels
o Sleep quality and perceived quality
o Exercise quantity, type and perceived exertion
o Mood and perceived stress levels
ï‚· Additionally, you will be able to track other metrics from the HRV Scan:
o Stress Index (is Stress High or Low)
o Autonomic Nervous System Balance (Fight or Flight / or Balanced)
o Neuro-Hormonal Regulation (Energy & Metabolism)
o Psycho-Emotional State (Brain – Stressed or Brain – Balanced)
o Prematurely Aging or Reversing the Aging Process Treatment

ï‚· In this phase, you implement a plan for your client that addresses the overall
health goals and will measurably impact the chosen relevant metrics.

ï‚· Depending on the starting point and goals, you should expect to see noticeable changes in HRV within 1-3 months for most health related goals and in as little as two weeks for fitness and training related goals.

ï‚· Determine an appropriate timeframe for which you would like to see progress.
Most practitioners rescan every 2-3 months.

ï‚· It is ideal if you are able to take consistent HRV measurements throughout the
entire treatment. If you scan in the morning – rescan in the morning.
Determining Progress

ï‚· To assess your progress, compare your HRV values to your starting baseline as
well as your contextual markers.
ï‚· The first things to check are goal oriented and subjective markers.
o Has the situation, or the perception of the situation, improved?
o Is the client making progress towards their goals?
ï‚· Combining this information with Heart Rate Variability data generally produces
the following conclusions (the following assumes that reasonable goals were
defined and adequate time/effort has been given):
Progress towards your goals is stagnant or backsliding.
ï‚· In this case, if the HRV numbers remain the same, then your treatment plan is
either not effective, and needs altering or not enough time has passed to see
progress.
ï‚· This could also indicate that there is potentially some underlying aspect
preventing progress and some additional data might need to be gathered at this
point to determine if something like:
o hormone imbalance
o food sensitivities
o psychological stress,
o etc. are diverting the body’s resources and preventing progress
ï‚· If the HRV numbers have decreased, this could be a warning sign that either new
stressors are present or the plan is causing more harm than good.
ï‚· If HRV has increased and your goals are health oriented, you may be making
underlying progress. Using additional contextual information will help you
determine whether to continue or to alter the plan..
Progress has been achieved.
ï‚· If HRV has increased and your goals are health oriented, you may be making
underlying progress. Using additional contextual information will help you
determine whether to continue or to alter the plan.
ï‚· If HRV has decreased – this is a tricky situation. Certain goals such as:
o fat loss
o new exercise training programs
o increased exercise
o doing a detox

All of these can cause HRV to temporarily decrease while making progress. The
body may be experiencing temporarily elevated stress levels in the pursuit of
your goals. The decline in HRV should be monitored to make sure it is a
temporary condition and not an early warning sign for a developing issue.

ï‚· Contextual information such as perceived energy levels, motivation and mood
help assess whether the stress is still in acceptable ranges for positive
adaptation. If HRV has decreased and other contextual information have also
trended negatively, then you must consider the potential that you may be
sacrificing health to attain your goals.

ï‚· Depending on circumstances information such as:
o Perceived energy levels
o Motivation
o Mood
These can help assess whether the stress is still in acceptable ranges for
positive adaptation. If HRV has decreased and these above circumstances have
also trended negatively, then you must consider the potential that you may be
sacrificing health to attain your goals.
Example Uses of Heart Rate Variability
The concept of using HRV as an assessment tool can and has been applied to many situations. The following are a few examples of how HRV can play a role in assessing various scenarios:
ï‚· Health Conditions such as:
o weight loss
o pain management,
o diabetes and
o immune system dysfunction have all been linked w/changes in HRV

ï‚· HRV has been determined to be an effective assessment of inflammation
through the vagus nerve.
Takeaways
ï‚· Heart Rate Variability is a powerful assessment of the system-wide condition, but needs context to determine the specifics of the situation.
ï‚· It is ideal to have at least 4-6 weeks between HRV measurements to establish a confident baseline and to compare future values to the original baseline.
ï‚· Assessing HRV can help determine if progress is being made on a given plan.
ï‚· In the case of health, increases in HRV are generally desirable.
ï‚· In the case of fitness and training, temporary decreases in HRV should be
expected – and the use of context can help determine whether the changes in
HRV are acceptable.

Foot Detox Bath
Dr. Riner NO longer offers Ion Spa Treatments in office but may have a machine rental program. The Information below is good so I am keeping it online.

The ION SPA foot bath efficiently detoxifies the body at the cellular level, alkalizing the blood and entire body. Over time, the body becomes stronger, the organs function correctly and positive effects can usually be noticed within just a few treatments. Most practitioners understand that the detoxification process is a necessary function of life. If one is injured, sick, suffering from high stress, etc., the body may not function as it was meant to. This decreased function can lead to additional more serious conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Eczema, Psoriasis and even mood-swings. When the body is regularly detoxified, the body immediately responds (like it was re-booted) and performs the functions necessary to better its condition.
Users of the ION SPA can either submerge their feet or hands into the tub. We suggest the feet. Salt is added to the water to increase the conductivity. This allows for the ionization process and ultimately the ion conversion.
Usually within 10-minutes of operation the water will start to turn light yellow in color and you may see some small black specks or small rocks on the bottom of the tub. These are metals which have bonded together. After 20 minutes you may start to see other colors and substances forming in the water. This is completely natural and generated by the ionization process, the user’s perspiration, and the salt and the minerals in the water. The ION SPA unit employs an oscillating array (the black square electrode in the water). Treatment waves and mode setting will determine the amount of reaction in the water. When the treatment is completed (25-minutes), the water will usually have changed color and additional particles of debris will be found in the water.
There are many variables causing the water color changes. Minerals, chlorine and other contaminants will increase water coloration and debris formation. recommends the use of filtered water for each treatment. This will limit additional coloration from minerals and contaminants. As a general rule of thumb we never discuss the water quality or color changes. The action from the ION SPA detoxification session is internal not external. If you run the ION SPA without a submerged body part, the water will be ionized and turn to a very soft yellowish color. However, once a body part is submerged, the ION SPA unit ionizes the water which now contains perspiration from the user.
There is no better way to detoxify, alkalize or rebalance your body’s energy than by regular use of the ION SPA.

There are water color charts that try to distinguish and explain the water color changes and debris formation. These colors or organ colors are known to those who practice Traditional Chinese Medicine. However, there is no medical technique available to prove these claims. That is why we don’t provide practitioners with a color chart and we don’t make diagnostic claims from water color changes. A water color chart is provided at the bottom of this page for personal reference only.
This is a simple TCM water color chart corresponding with the material or organ debris that may be ionized in the water during the detoxifying process. Again, certain minerals and contaminants already present in the water may also result in additional debris and color changes. For personal reference only.
